Ch'ng Kim See joined ISEAS as Head of the Library in 1988. She has a B.A. (Hons.) in History (Malaya), a Postgraduate Diploma in Librarianship (NSW), and an M.Sc. in Information Studies (Soc.Sc.) (Sheffield). She has written and published over twenty-five papers on library and information studies; and has edited and compiled over ten books, conference proceedings, bibliographies, and directories.
