ISEAS Publishing invites submission of manuscripts pertaining to Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific for publication on subjects within the following fields:

• Politics and Strategic and International Studies
• Economic Development
• Social Change

You are requested to complete the book proposal submission form below.

In the event that the form is not displaying properly, please use this direct link instead.

Should the material fit our publishing programme, we will then invite you to send a hard copy (printout) of the complete manuscript for full peer review. Please note that we do not accept manuscripts in their PhD thesis form. Nor do we accept submissions authored in full or in part by AI—the author must be a legal person or entity. AI tools may be used to refine language and/or correct grammar provided the following caveats are adhered to: (1) the author must declare what tools were used and in what capacity, and (2) the author must accept full responsibility as sole author of the work.

The Institute does not accept manuscripts that have already been published or are being considered for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts submitted will be assessed by the ISEAS Manuscript Review Committee with the assistance of external readers.

Please do NOT send manuscripts as emails attachments. We only accept printouts, typed single-spaced for the peer review process through our Manuscript Review Committee.
