Scott Guggenheim is a social policy adviser to the AusAID Indonesia program. Before joining AusAID he worked for many years at the World Bank, where he developed and managed large-scale community development projects, such as Indonesia's National Program for Community Empowerment and the National Solidarity Project in Afghanistan.
