John L. Kennedy is Editor of 'Oil and Gas Journal', the weekly international petroleum magazine with its headquarters in Houston. Mr. Kennedy has been on the Journal editorial staff for 24 years. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering, and had worked as an engineer for a major oil company before joining the Journal.
