David K. Linnan is an Associate Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is currently conducting research as a Fullbright Scholar at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and with the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam), in cooperation with the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia.
