Richard S. Thorn
The late Dr. Richard S. Thorn was Professor of Economics at the University of Pittsburgh until 1989 and was co-founder of its Eonomic Policy Institute where he served as Director until 1986. Professor Thorn had a long and varied carrer in international economics.
