Otto Tomasek is Economic Analysis and Forcecasting Manager with the Hong Kong Telephone Company. As director of forecasting at Bell Canada International, he implemented a multitude of statistical techniques related to marketing and network problems during the past 15 years. While at Bell Labs, he participated in developing a course titled System Workshop in Forecasting Techniques. He is the author of many papers on telecommunications and forecasting issues.
