Cecilia Ng Choon Sim is an independent researcher from Malaysia. She was previously an Associate Professor at Universiti Putra Malaysia and is currently Visiting Associate Professor at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand, where she is also an editor of the AIT-based Journal of Gender, Technology and Development. She is active in the women’s movement in Malaysia and is a founding member of the Women’s Development Collective (WDC) and the All Women’s Action Society (AWAM).
