Budi Utomo is Country Director of the Population Council in Indonesia. He is also a Lecturer in the School of Public Health, University of Indonesia. His interests and research works cover broad topics of reproductive health issues, including child health and nutrition. He is also working on issues related to HIV risk behaviour and capacity building in a decentralized health programme.
