C. J. W.-L. Wee teaches literature and cultural theory at the Nanyang Technological University. He was previously a Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, in its Regional Social and Cultural Studies programme, and a Visiting Fellow at the Committee for Cultural Choices and Global Futures, New Delhi.
