Priscilla M.L. Hon has an M.Sc. in International Politics of Asia and Africa from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Politics from Lancaster University. Her Masters dissertation was a "Levels of Analysis" approach to Konfrontasi (1962­65). Priscilla has held academic scholarships from the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation, and also the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS). Priscilla started out as a television Current Affairs producer for four years with the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now the Television Corporation of Singapore, TCS) and also spent one year as a Research Associate with ISEAS. Priscilla is currently based in Hong Kong as a foreign correspondent for Channel News Asia.
