Tran Thi Que, Ph.D., is Senior Researcher, specializing in agricultural economics and gender issues, in the Department of Development Economics of the Institute of Economics, National Centre for Social Sciences and Humanities of Vietnam. She is widely published on the topics of rural development and gender issues in the socio-economic-political transition of Vietnam. She was a research fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, Singapore in 1994-95.
