Ma. Chelo V Manlagnit (M.A., University of the Philippines, 2001) is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Hawaii, Manoa as an East-West Center Degree Fellow. She worked as a Research Associate (200204) and Research Analyst (19982000) at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) with research interests in Monetary and Development Economics and Microfinance.
